Olufunto Omotoso was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009, after which she joined the firm of George Etomi and Partners.

She has advised various clients in the areas of Business and Commercial law; including Mergers and Acquisition, Public Private Offerings, Privatization and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). She has also been involved in other areas of law which include Intellectual Property law, Financial Regulation & Compliance, Probate and Estate Matters and Energy and Natural Resources Law, by heading and being a part of the teams that successfully closed the various transactions.

She has been actively involved in the Medical Law division of the firm, advising various clients in the Health Sector and handling the transactional aspects of their Public Private Partnerships (PPP) with the Government.

She offers Company Secretarial Services to the firm’s clients in the various sectors of law.
