Faith is an Associate in the Energy and Infrastructure Projects practice group of the Firm. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Ajayi Crowther University and graduated from the Nigerian Law School with a Second Class (Upper Division).
Faith’s focus is on transactions in the oil and gas sector, regulatory compliance, general legal and business advisory, amongst others. She provides general legal advisory services and assistance to upstream, midstream, and downstream entities. She also provides solution-based legal opinions for businesses on their participation in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector. 
She also works across various Business Units in the Firm and has worked on notable transactions with the Dispute Resolution, Company Secretarial, and Data Privacy Teams.
She is passionate about meeting the needs of clients and combines her love for the law with her problem-solving skills and a strong desire for excellence. An astute professional, she is enthusiastic, exceptional and a great team player.
