Olufunke Hussain has over 37 years of experience in Company Secretarial Practice, Legal Advisory, Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance. She heads the Company Secretariat Services at GEP with a dedicated team that delivers comprehensive Company Secretarial, Governance, Compliance, and Legal Advisory Solutions to clients across various industries.

Her extensive legal career spans multiple industries, including banking, financial services, telecommunications, legal consulting and information technology. She is recognized for her strategic insight, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to professional excellence. Her experience in diverse industries equips her with a unique ability to address complex governance challenges with practical, innovative solutions. 

At NCR (Nigeria) Plc, she rose from Company Secretary to Executive Director playing a key role in creating an effective corporate governance structure, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing investor relations. Her proven track record of driving transformative governance initiatives and ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes has resulted in a reputation as a trusted advisor to Boards.
